POLAND : HOW THEY QUALIFIED

Poland finished second to England with an 8-2-0 record and 24 points in European Group 6. When the Poles qualified on October 8, 2005, they didn't play any games. But thanks to the results of other teams, they clinched a spot at least as the second best team overall in Europe.
